Days Inn by Wyndham Calgary Airport

Booked at the last minute got a very nice large room, reasonably priced. Very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was kinda lame but oh well you can't have everything

We stayed here for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We booked adjoining room for us and her friends. Then suite room for our family. They had so much fun. It’s great that it is so close to mcdonalds and tims. And the lady in the kitchen was so nice. She was smiling all the time during breakfast even though it was busy and she was doing everything by herself. She was baking some muffins and cookies when we’re about to leave. She offered my daughter and her friends some cookies and muffins. They said it’s so yummy and fresh! She definitely needs a raise the way she interacts and treats the guests. Her name is Parminder. Such a nice lady!

I had a great stay at the Days Inn and I especially want to recognize Parminder, the breakfast attendant. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure everything was fresh and well-stocked. Her warm smile and friendly attitude made mornings so much better. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. The breakfast area was always clean, organized, and had a nice variety of options. Parminder went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy — a true example of excellent customer service. Thank you, Parminder, for starting each day on such a positive note!

We stayed for 1 night here passing through and it was good. Pet friendly - we even got a floor level corner room right beside the door to outside which is great for doing doggy business. Clean rooms, perfect for what we needed. We loved the breakfast it was delicious and lots to choose from. Pool was awesome even had a waterslide and a hot tub. Pretty tight parking lot but managable. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, convenient and easy to get around from places we plan to go to. The room was the perfect size, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pro: Whirlpool was perfect temp for all ages, water slide was a hit with the kids! Very nice breakfast buffet, workers seemed to be content and enjoying their day(s) inn. Every single front counter person we encountered (4) throughout the stay, were all incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed happy to help everyone have their best stay. Con: The doors are hollow so could hear peoples conversations walking through the hallways Pool and area: Pool had algae growing on the sides of the pool and shower didn’t seem to work in that area Overall, a very restful and comfortable stay! :)

But the real MVPs? Housekeepers—legends. Spotless rooms every single day, towels folded like origami, everything perfect without ever asking. They smile, they chat, they actually care. Front desk crew? Unreal. Warm, fast, zero attitude—checked me in like family, remembered my name after day two. And the maintenance team? Elite. Parking lot plowed and clear, sidewalks salted and snow-free—no slips, no stress, even in Calgary winter. With my hospitality degree, I know gold—this is platinum. Pool? Heated indoor with a legit water slide. Hot tub bubbles right there. Gym’s got treadmills and weights. Laundry on-site, free parking, lobby convenience mart. Breakfast? Free every damn day—make-your-own egg sandwiches, fresh oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, bagels with cream cheese, endless English breakfast tea and coffee. $60-$96 a night? Hundreds cheaper than anywhere else—steal of the century. Shuttle to the YYC airport, Tim’s and McD’s out back, grocery store steps away. If you’re flying in, staying long, or just want “home but better,” book this. You won’t leave. (And yeah—that water slide? Blue spiral into crystal water. Fireplace glows warm against the bed. Breakfast spread looks like a buffet dream. Perfection.)

We stayed here for a week as our show was in Calgary. The staff was very attentive they would check on us daily to see if we needed our room clean or towels. This was A+ staff. Free breakfast was great. I am gluten free and when the staff found out my dietary needs every morning they would ask what I would like gluten free. I have never had this experience in the USA. Thank you for making our experience great.
